Deckard is a character in Bee and PuppyCat.

Deckard is a male with brown skin, white hair and wears a beige jacket and pants. He has heterochromia iridum, a condition for two different colored eyes. His right eye pale green, the left blue. He appears to be Bee's closest friend.

Bee is a possible love interest for Deckard. Bee lives in the same apartment complex as Deckard, around each other they both get nervous and start to blush.
In Part 1, when hearing she lost her job Deckard went to check on her and made her lasagna and Bee accidentally hits Deckard in the crotch with her umbrella. He also doesn't know how to say "recipe" properly
